Short Optometrist: How did you get so tall?
Me: I’m only 5 foot two, these heels just make me look six three.
SO: (looks confused, realises I’m joking, scowls) You shouldn’t wear heels. Heels are for short people, you should wear flats.
Me: Why?
SO: Because you’re tall.
Me: But I like heels.
SO: That’s not the point.
